Five Talent Church has very flexible and powerful mass mailing features with options to select from a group of predefined mailings or to create your own custom communications.
 Outboud communications is a very important part of Five Talent Church so we have created a very familiar mailings interface that makes it simple to create and send personalized messages. You can set up your email to pull data automatically from your database using the Insert Field command, creating very personal communications and saving staff time.
On the Recipients page, you can easily preset and save who you want to send the mailing to. This makes it very quick to send personalized "mass" messages to your members, regular attenders, visitors, and staff. Send Happy Birthday and Anniversary emails, activity and event reminders, and outreach communictions to new and potential visitors! Use our pre-packaged "First Time Visitor" email template to send a note thanking new for visiting and invite them back - in just a few clicks!
