People Management

The People section of Five Talent Church is where you search for, add, and manage all information for church members, volunteers, and visitors.  Through our easy-to-use interface, you can manage individual and family profiles, detailed contact info, activity attendance, spiritual gifts, prayer requests, sent mailings, and general notes and attachments. You can also keep track of volunteer information like areas of interest, allergy information, or any other information custom to your church. These features, combined with customizable security rights, allow church staff and group leaders to easily find and manage the data they need while reserving confidential information for appropriate personnel.

Search - The Search interface is presented immediately upon logging into the software so you can quickly find who you are looking for.  You can perform simple but targeted searches using various criteria - name, ID, email, member type, zip code, and status.  You can also sort search results providing another means to find what you need.

Individual Profiles -All member records have their own unique profile and ID.  On the Summary and Details screens, you can add a wealth of information about your members and visitors - Primary Address, Phone, and Email, Profession, Gender, Birthday, Member Since date, choice to include member in the Church Directory or Newsletter, and more.

Family Profiles - Families in Five Talent Church have their own profiles to which individual profiles are linked.  You can add or find existing family members directly from the Family page, choosing to share addresses, phone numbers, emails, and contributions with other family members.  You can also easily see and manage the entire family, greatly simplifying data entry!

Spiritual Gifts - Tracking spiritual gifts for your members ensures that volunteers are closely aligned to their areas of passion and interest.  You can search your member database to find people interested and gifted in an area of need for the church.  Volunteers that are matched to the opportunity in this way usually find the experience much more enjoyable and rewarding.
